Single sign-on between TD Academy and the helpdesk

I've configured single sign-on functionality between TD Academy and the helpdesk.

Now when you click on the Helpdesk link on the very top right menu, you'll be taken directly to the helpdesk and logged on with your TD Academy credentials automatically.
